Job Summary
The SAP PP-QM consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP PP & QM modules, performing detailed business process analysis, designing and configuring PP-related objects, and identifying gaps and solutions. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects, with a focus on PP & QM module design and configuration, and the ability to work on RICEFW independently. The consultant will also provide ad-hoc training and user support.
Must Have
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP & QM Module.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications.
- Design, customize, configure and test PP related objects.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements and able to work on RICEFW independently.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
- Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring PP & QM modules.
Good to Have
- Hands on experience on SAP MES.
- Knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM experience is an asset).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
