Bosch Rexroth Corporation is seeking an Engineering Application Engineer for its India operations. This full-time role involves managing customer accounts technically, providing sales support for RFQs, and preparing techno-commercial proposals. The engineer will also handle post-order technical documentation, liaise with various teams, and support commissioning and product lifecycle management. Key responsibilities include proving out concepts, project documentation, continuous improvement, and promoting new technologies and solutions. The role also focuses on process automation and data maintenance in CRM/ProMIS.

Must Have

• Manage customer accounts on technical aspects.
• Provide technical support to Sales to generate RFQ.
• Perform Qualification & Risk Assessment of opportunities.
• Work on pre-order techno-commercial proposals & required documents (e.g., Schematic, BOM, Cost sheet).
• Handle post-order technical working and documentation, customer approval.
• Liaise with Customer, CFTs/BU/Vendors during entire project.
• Support & participate with Service team in commissioning, product Life cycle management and retro fitment.
• Prove-Out concepts, prototyping with documentation.
• Project Documentation including Loss Order Analysis, Lesson Learned.
• Continuously improve techno-commercial competitiveness of application.
• Promote Value engineering & Value-Addition in light with Value Selling concepts.
• Develop & promote future technology / products / solution.
• Conduct technical trainings / awareness.
• Process Automation; Process Improvement / Optimization, Process Simplicity.
• Eliminate waste and increase efficiency.
• Improve response and output time.
• Review opportunity pipeline.
• Maintain data in CRM/ProMIS.
• B.E./B. Tech in Electronics/EEE engineering.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.

Good to Have

• Basic Knowledge on automotive, Printing and packaging Industry Sectors
• Knowledge with IT languages like C, C++, python, Matlab, Java

Qualifications

B.E./B. Tech in Electronics/EEE engineer with minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills / Knowledge:

• PLC programming knowledge in ladder language , ST programming Added Advantage
• Basic Knowledge on Servo drives, Servo Motors,Basic knowledge on CNC, Motion controllersHMI programming , SCADA programming
• Basic knowledge on Communication protocols Like Profinet,Ethercat,Ethernet IP, Modbus, OPC-UA
• Basic Knowledge on automotive, Printing and packaging Industry Sectors
• Basic Knowledge on Power Point and Excel
• Basic Knowledge on AC drives, VFD, Induction motor Working
• Basic Knowledge on Electrical Wiring ,Basic Switch Gear Working inside Machine panels, Troubleshooting
