Job Summary

Capco is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst for an on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, construction, and duct assembly, with strong knowledge of work safety and construction technical standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, recording improductivity, supervising construction and assembly services, inspecting coatings, verifying procedure adherence, developing project schedules, and analyzing project performance and costs. The role also involves identifying risks, suggesting process improvements, and preparing technical reports.

Must Have

  • Monitor production schedule control (planned vs. actual)
  • Record main unproductiveness and delays in Daily Phase Reports
  • Act with Supervision on Duct Construction & Assembly services
  • Check calibration of standard instruments
  • Inspect coatings (painting, insulation, refractories, etc.)
  • Verify adherence of Procedures to Duct Construction and Assembly standards
  • Technically supervise Duct Construction & Assembly services
  • Develop project schedules, defining deadlines and stages
  • Monitor ongoing projects, identifying and reporting deviations
  • Analyze activity performance against efficiency and effectiveness indicators
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources (human, material, financial)
  • Produce periodic reports on project status (progress, costs, deadlines)
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Create and monitor performance indicators for planning and project execution
  • Update planning documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Analyze project-related costs for budgeting and financial forecasts
  • Monitor, control, and update physical schedule, resources, milestones, KPIs
  • Verify construction service measurements performed by third parties
  • Develop technical performance reports for contractors

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
  • Work Safety Standards;
  • Construction Technical Standards;
  • Duct Assembly;
  • Office Suite.

EDUCATION

  • Level of Education: Technician in Quality Assurance, Duct Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation or other areas related to the specialty.

ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Monitoring of production schedule control (planned vs. actual);
  • Recording in Daily Phase Reports the main unproductiveness and delays of the Contractor;
  • Recording in Daily Phase Reports any irregularity found at the service front;
  • Acting with Supervision in Duct Construction & Assembly services;
  • Acting with Supervision in the attestation of field service execution, through the signing of a quality report;
  • Checking calibration of standard instruments;
  • Inspection of coatings - painting, insulation, refractories, etc.;
  • Verification regarding the adherence of Procedures to Duct Construction and Assembly standards and contractual requirements;
  • Technical supervision of Duct Construction & Assembly services;
  • Supervision of field service execution according to contractual requirements;
  • Acting with Supervision in the application of Technical Verification List and SMS Aspects;
  • Attestation of field service execution, through the signing of a quality report;
  • Verification of painting procedures;
  • Development of project schedules, defining deadlines and stages to ensure compliance with established goals;
  • Monitoring and tracking of ongoing projects, identifying and reporting deviations from planning;
  • Performance analysis of activities in relation to efficiency and effectiveness indicators, proposing improvements when necessary;
  • Identification and allocation of necessary resources (human, material, and financial) for the execution of planned activities;
  • Data collection and organization of relevant data for planning, such as market information, project history, and operational needs;
  • Production of periodic reports on project status, presenting information on progress, costs, and deadlines;
  • Identification of potential risks associated with project planning and execution, proposing mitigation strategies;
  • Analysis of existing processes and suggestion of improvements that can increase efficiency and productivity;
  • Support in planning meetings, contributing information and analyses that aid in decision-making;
  • Interaction with different teams and departments to align planning objectives with operational needs;
  • Creation and monitoring of performance indicators that help measure the effectiveness of planning and project execution;
  • Updating planning documentation, ensuring all information is correct and accessible;
  • Analysis of project-related costs, contributing to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts;
  • Training and development to enhance knowledge in planning and control techniques;
  • Support in the implementation and use of software tools for project management and planning;
  • Acting in the provision of production programming control, of supplies (raw materials and other inputs);
  • Processing technical information in records and preparing control charts and reports;
  • Monitoring, controlling, and updating the physical schedule, resources, milestones, performance indicators, KPIs, histograms, activity sequencing, etc.;
  • Development and execution of the production programming monitoring and control process (balance line, KPIs, schedule activities, work volume, programming compliance);
  • Development and execution of the production programming monitoring and control process for shutdown services, per work shift;
  • Evaluation of action plans for deviations in planning pieces and monitoring and control of their implementation;
  • Verification of construction service measurements performed by third parties;
  • Development of technical performance reports for contractors.
