This role involves comprehensive quality analysis, focusing on the supply of goods and logistics of materials. Key responsibilities include participating in contract negotiation, cost analysis, developing purchasing plans, managing stock levels, overseeing purchase orders, conducting supplier audits, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. The analyst will also be involved in SAP MM module operations, managing non-conformity reports, and interfacing with engineering and construction teams.
Must Have
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar activities.
- Proficiency in Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Work Safety Standards.
- Knowledge of Technical Standards for Pipeline Construction and Assembly.
- Technical degree in Pipeline Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, or related areas.
- Experience in supply of goods and logistics processes.
- Ability to elaborate and negotiate supply contracts.
- Experience with cost analysis for purchases and supplies.
- Skills in stock level control and monitoring.
- Proficiency in managing purchase order processes.
- Experience in supplier audits and evaluations.
- Ability to interface between engineering and construction teams.
- Experience with SAP MM Module for goods measurements.
- Capability to manage non-conformity reports (RNCs).

Quality Analyst - On-site - Barueri - SP
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 06 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
- Office Suite;
- Work Safety Standards;
- Technical Standards for Pipeline Construction and Assembly.
EDUCATION
- Level of Education: Technical degree in Pipeline Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, Among Other Related Areas or other areas related to the specialty.
ATTRIBUTIONS
- Acting in the processes of Supply of Goods and Logistics of Materials;
- Participation in the elaboration and negotiation of supply contracts, ensuring favorable conditions for the company;
- Cost analysis associated with purchases and supplies, contributing to budget optimization;
- Support in the elaboration and implementation of purchasing plans, considering demand and available stocks;
- Preparation of reports on the supply situation, including analysis of variations and performance indicators;
- Control and monitoring of stock levels, ensuring that necessary materials are available;
- Management of the purchase order process, from requisition to material delivery;
- Participation in periodic audits and evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with established requirements;
- Interface between Engineering and C&M, in the search for alternative solutions for the supply of goods;
- Supervision of receiving and segregation activities;
- Monitoring of cargo movement activities;
- Approval of material receipt inspection reports;
- Verification and validation of material origin certificates;
- Acting in stock management;
- Acting in the process of acquisition and alienation of goods and in the contractual management process;
- Acting in goods measurements in SAP (MM Module (Materials Management));
- Acting in measurements related to the supply of goods acquired directly or through contracts;
- Accounting stock movement;
- Acting in payment programming planning;
- Opening of technical service requests (SSTs) with support areas;
- Creation and maintenance of internal controls and support for the due diligence of goods supply;
- Factory visits and participation in meetings with contractors and subcontractors;
- Monitoring of the manufacturing schedule for complex goods, comments and monitoring of inspection and test events;
- Schedule study focusing on mitigating eventual impacts on the critical path of works;
- Monitoring of the processes for issuing technical opinions and purchasing materials by contractors;
- Due diligence of the RNC (Non-Conformity Reports) treatment process associated with the supply of materials.
