This Senior Quality Analyst role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of construction and duct assembly services. Must Have
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar activities

Job Description
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
- Work Safety Standards;
- Construction Technical Standards;
- Duct Assembly;
- Office Suite.
EDUCATION
- Education Level: Technician in Quality Assurance, Duct Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation or other related areas of expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring of production schedule control (planned vs. actual);
- Recording in Daily Phase Reports the main unproductivities and delays of the Contractor;
- Recording in Daily Phase Reports any irregularity found in the service front;
- Working with Supervision in Duct Construction & Assembly services;
- Working with Supervision in certifying the execution of field services, through the signing of a quality report;
- Checking calibration of standard instruments;
- Inspection of coatings - painting, insulation, refractories, etc.;
- Verification regarding the adherence of Procedures to Duct Construction and Assembly standards and contractual requirements;
- Technical supervision of Duct Construction & Assembly services;
- Supervision of the execution of field services according to contractual requirements;
- Working with Supervision in the application of Technical Checklist and SMS Aspects;
- Certification of the execution of field services, through the signing of a quality report;
- Verification of painting procedures;
- Elaboration of project schedules, defining deadlines and stages to ensure the fulfillment of established goals;
- Monitoring and tracking of projects in execution, identifying and reporting deviations from planning;
- Performance analysis of activities in relation to efficiency and effectiveness indicators, proposing improvements when necessary;
- Identification and allocation of necessary resources (human, material, and financial) for the execution of planned activities;
- Data collection and organization of relevant data for planning, such as market information, project history, and operational needs;
- Production of periodic reports on the project status, presenting information on progress, costs, and deadlines;
- Identification of potential risks associated with project planning and execution, proposing mitigation strategies;
- Analysis of existing processes and suggestion of improvements that can increase efficiency and productivity;
- Support in planning meetings, contributing with information and analyses that aid in decision-making;
- Interaction with different teams and departments to align planning objectives with operational needs;
- Creation and monitoring of performance indicators that help measure the effectiveness of project planning and execution;
- Updating planning documentation, ensuring all information is correct and accessible;
- Cost analysis related to projects, contributing to the elaboration of budgets and financial forecasts;
- Training and development to improve knowledge in planning and control techniques;
- Support in the implementation and use of software tools for project management and planning;
- Acting in the provision of production schedule control, of supplies (raw materials and other inputs);
- Processing technical information in records and elaborating control charts and reports;
- Monitoring, control, and updating of the physical schedule, resources, milestones, performance indicators, KPIs, histograms, activity sequencing, etc.;
- Elaboration and execution of production schedule monitoring and control process (balance line, KPIs, schedule activities, workload, schedule compliance);
- Elaboration and execution of production schedule monitoring and control process for shutdown services, per work shift;
- Evaluation of action plans for deviations in planning parts and monitoring and control of the implementation of their actions;
- Verification of construction service measurements performed by third parties;
- Elaboration of technical performance reports of contractors.
