Job Summary
This Quality Analyst position at Capco in Duque de Caxias, RJ, involves ensuring quality in supply and logistics processes. Key responsibilities include contract negotiation, cost analysis, inventory control, managing purchase orders, and supplier audits. The role also requires interfacing with engineering and C&M, overseeing material receipt and movement, validating material certificates, and managing stock and payment planning. Candidates will also be involved in factory visits, monitoring complex manufacturing schedules, and addressing non-conformities.
Must Have
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar activities
- Proficiency in Office Suite
- Knowledge of Work Safety Standards
- Knowledge of Technical Standards for Pipeline Construction and Assembly
- Technical degree in Pipeline Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, or related fields
- Acting in Goods Supply and Material Logistics processes
- Participation in contract elaboration and negotiation
- Cost analysis associated with purchases and supplies
- Support in developing and implementing purchasing plans
- Preparation of reports on the supply situation
- Control and monitoring of stock levels
- Management of the purchase order process
- Participation in periodic audits and evaluations of suppliers
- Interface between Engineering and C&M for supply solutions
- Supervision of receiving and segregation activities
- Monitoring of cargo movement activities
- Approval of material receipt inspection reports
- Verification and validation of material origin certificates
- Stock management
- Acting in the process of acquisition and alienation of goods and contractual management
- Acting in the measurement of goods in SAP (MM Module)
- Acting in the measurement related to the supply of goods acquired directly or through contracts
- Accounting stock movement

- Opening technical service requests (SSTs)
- Creation and maintenance of internal controls and support for goods supply due diligence
- Factory visits and participation in meetings with contractors and subcontractors

- Schedule study focusing on mitigating impacts on the critical path of works
- Monitoring the processes of issuing technical opinions and purchasing materials by contractors
- Due diligence of the process of treating Non-Conformity Reports (RNCs) related to the supply of materials

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 06 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
- Office Suite;
- Work Safety Standards;
- Technical Standards for Pipeline Construction and Assembly.
EDUCATION
- Level of Education: Technician in Pipeline Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, Among Other Related Areas or other areas related to the specialty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting in the processes of Goods Supply and Material Logistics;
- Participation in the elaboration and negotiation of supply contracts, ensuring favorable conditions for the company;
- Cost analysis associated with purchases and supplies, contributing to budget optimization;
- Support in the elaboration and implementation of purchasing plans, considering demand and available stocks;
- Preparation of reports on the supply situation, including analysis of variations and performance indicators;
- Control and monitoring of stock levels, ensuring that necessary materials are available;
- Management of the purchase order process, from requisition to material delivery;
- Participation in periodic audits and evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with established requirements;
- Interface between Engineering and C&M, in the search for alternative solutions for the supply of goods;
- Supervision of receiving and segregation activities;
- Monitoring of cargo movement activities;
- Approval of material receipt inspection reports;
- Verification and validation of material origin certificates;
- Acting in stock management;
