Lawyer - On-site - Barueri - SP

This role requires a lawyer with a minimum of 10 years of experience and a Law degree, proficient in Office Suite. Responsibilities include preparing legal dossiers for Petrobras lawsuits, clarifying legal queries, monitoring judicial expertises, overseeing deed signings and registrations, handling notary office returns, and supporting the execution of usage agreements. The position is on-site in Rio de Janeiro.

Must Have

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar activities

• Prepare dossiers for legal actions on behalf of Petrobras
• Clarify legal questions and provide subsidies
• Monitor judicial expertises and warrant compliance
• Oversee signing of deeds and legal instruments
• Request registration of legal documents
• Handle notary office return notes
• Monitor processes and support usage agreement celebration

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
• Office Suite.

EDUCATION

• Education Level: Higher Education in Law.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of dossiers for the Legal department to file lawsuits on behalf of Petrobras;
• Clarification of questions/subsidies for the Legal department;
• Monitoring/Due diligence of judicial expertises and compliance with warrants;
• Monitoring the signing of deeds and/or instruments;
• Requesting the registration of deeds, legal instruments, and judgment letters;
• Addressing return notes from Notary Offices;
• Monitoring processes and supporting the process of celebrating Terms/Contracts of Use permission.
