Job Summary
Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm and a Wipro company, is seeking a Business Analyst for Corporate Cards with 7-15 years of relevant experience. The role involves performing business analysis activities, leading stakeholder management, and supporting end-to-end implementation using Agile methodologies for global corporate card product rollouts. The analyst will integrate card processes into Procure-to-Pay operations, ensuring effective settlement, accounting, reconciliation, and compliance across various locations in India.
Must Have
- Perform Business Analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation to support global rollout of corporate, virtual, and lodge card products.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder management across Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and regional business teams.
- Support end-to-end implementation using Agile methodologies, contributing to user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT execution.
- Integrate card processes into global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring effective settlement, accounting, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Proven experience working on end-to-end process and system design, with exposure to global rollout programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across regions and functions.
- Experience in BA with corporate cards.
