Systems Analyst - Hybrid - Rio de Janeiro - RJ

Capco is seeking a Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Rio de Janeiro. The professional will be responsible for organizing lessons learned forums, managing knowledge registration in corporate systems, and utilizing agile management software for project communication optimization. Key tasks include developing and updating project panels and sites, auditing knowledge management activities, and disseminating expertise through training. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in similar activities.

Must Have

• 6 years of experience in similar activities

• Intermediate programming knowledge (Python, VBA, R or similar)
• Intermediate MS Project knowledge
• Intermediate BI knowledge
• Intermediate Teams/Sharepoint/Planner knowledge
• Advanced Office suite knowledge
• Ease of interaction and intermediation with various teams
• Logical reasoning with critical analysis capacity
• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with regular council registration
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP® certification or equivalent postgraduate degree

Good to Have

• 2 years of experience in project leadership
• 2 years of experience in oil & gas projects

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

• 6 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to contract supervision approval;
• Effective communication;
• Proactivity and Resolutiveness;
• Intermediate programming knowledge preferably: Python, VBA, R or similar;
• Intermediate MS Project knowledge;
• Intermediate BI knowledge;
• Intermediate Teams/Sharepoint/Planner knowledge;
• Advanced Office suite knowledge;
• Ease of interaction and intermediation with various teams;
• Logical reasoning with critical analysis capacity.

EDUCATION

• Education Level: Higher education in Computer Science or Engineering or in other related areas. With regular registration in the respective class council;
• Professional needs to have: PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent postgraduate education (Lato-Sensu), subject to prior approval by contract supervision or equivalent certification subject to prior approval by contract supervision.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• 02 (two) years of experience in project leadership; 02 (two) years of experience in oil & gas projects.

ATTRIBUTIONS

• Organize GCIP Lessons Learned forums;
• Organize the registration of Lessons in corporate systems;
• Use agile management and digital transformation software to optimize project communication;
• Support in creating management sites on Sharepoint.
• Develop and update GCIP project panels and sites;
• Develop and update the GCIP project office site;
• Audit, standardize, guide knowledge management activities;
• Disseminate experiences and knowledge in your area of expertise through training;
• Other similar activities of the same complexity and scope;
• Map processes, including;
• Execution methodology for each service;
• Mapping of activity flow, according to 5W2H methodology;
• Process design;
• Flowcharts;
• Descriptive texts;
• Identification of critical tasks;
• Draft standard for the management system.
