Job Summary
The Communication Analyst will support high administration demands for E&P segment information, participating in meetings, analyzing requirements, developing presentations and reports to aid decision-making. Responsibilities include designing layouts, infographics, visual effects, and other visual solutions, ensuring compliance with the Company's visual identity. The role also involves conceptualizing visual projects, interfacing with various company areas for content, planning and supporting external events, analyzing corporate information systems for visual conformity and UX best practices, conducting user interviews, and facilitating operational and strategic discussions.
Must Have
- 4 years of experience in similar activities
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Première, Office, CorelDraw, Visio, Qgis
- Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Higher education in Administration, Economics, Graphic Design, or related fields, with regular registration in the respective class council

- Knowledge of Power BI and SPOTFIRE software

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- 4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to contract inspection approval.
- Knowledge of software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Première, Office, CorelDraw, Visio, Qgis;
- Intermediate English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
EDUCATION
- Level of Education: Higher education in Administration, Economics, Graphic Design or other areas related to the specialty. With regular registration in the respective class council.

- Knowledge of software: Power BI and SPOTFIRE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet high administration demands for E&P segment information, participating in meetings with requesters, analyzing demands (briefing elaboration), developing presentations and reports, supporting decision-making;
- Analyze and produce layouts, infographics, visual effects, colors, typography, images and other visual solutions for presenting data and related information, observing the Company's visual identity;
- Conceptualize visual projects based on content gathered from the client and interface with various areas of the company for identification, obtaining, and eventual production of information, data, maps and images, videos and other necessary inputs;
- Plan, monitor and meet demands arising from participation in external events;
- Analyze non-SAP corporate information systems, in order to promote compliance with the Company's visual identity and the application of best User Experience practices;
- Conduct interviews with users and analyze behavior to define the interaction flow of applications;
- Support the performance of periodic diagnoses related to the functioning of processes and standards of client areas, to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigation of workflow risks;
- Facilitate operational, strategic and process discussions of client areas;
- And other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.
