What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor - Social Media with Dutch & English on our team, you will:
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email or chat) to ensure consistent customer experience
- Respond promptly to queries and suggestions for the following- depending on the line of business:
- Account information
- Billing and Payments
- Technical support
- Account information
- Other queries regarding customer service
Your qualifications:
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are proficient in one of these languages: Dutch (C1 level)
- Have a good level of English (B2 level)
- Have good PC Skills (technical skills nice to have, but not mandatory)
- Are proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Are available to work in shifts
- Previous experience in customer support represents a plus but it’s not mandatory.
