Condé Nast is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Intern for Allure and SELF. This 10-week summer internship, starting June 8th, 2026, is for rising college seniors. The intern will support social and editorial teams, focusing on community engagement and connecting content to cultural conversations online. Responsibilities include content scheduling, imagery sourcing, caption writing, pitching social-first ideas, and supporting data reporting. The role requires strong editorial judgment, creative writing, and visual storytelling skills in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Must Have
- Assist the social team with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling content, sourcing imagery, and writing captions
- Proactively pitch social-first story ideas for on-platform content
- Gather and edit commerce assets from team members for social commerce stories
- Support data and analytics reporting
- Attend events and interview opportunities to capture social and video content
- Assist with planning, editing, and production for major tentpoles and packages
- Support photo and video teams with production needs for social shoots

Program Details:
We are seeking rising college seniors who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree to join an exciting 10-week summer internship experience starting June 8th, 2026. As an early career professional, you will be part of a paid internship program that will include a robust learning and training curriculum, mentorship from employees in your selected field, access to senior leaders, and more. As an intern, you will be assigned challenging projects based on the area of the business you will be supporting. In your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact.
Candidates must be:
- Rising senior graduating in 2027
- Ability to work out of our 1 WTC office on a hybrid basis (4x a week on site)
- Available June 8, 2026 - August 14, 2026

Allure and SELF are seeking an enthusiastic social media intern to support both the social and editorial teams. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in community engagement and a sharp instinct for connecting our content to cultural conversations online. Whether pulling products for a social shoot or attending events to capture celebrity interviews, they’ll bring a can-do mindset and a collaborative spirit to the day-to-day content production of our channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the social team with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling content, sourcing imagery, and writing captions
- Proactively pitch social-first story ideas for on-platform content
- Gather and edit commerce assets from team members for social commerce stories
- Support data and analytics reporting
- Attend events and interview opportunities to capture social and video content
- Assist with planning, editing, and production for major tentpoles and packages (e.g., Allure Best of Beauty)
- Support photo and video teams with production needs for social shoots
The ideal candidate:
- Demonstrates strong editorial judgment and creative writing skills
- Has the ability to tell compelling visual stories and tailor content for different audiences
- Is collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Has a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and wellness—and familiarity with key industry players is a plus
Hourly Pay: $25/hr
