Job Summary

We are looking for a Semi Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team and work together with the Head of Marketing, focusing on the end-to-end execution of launch campaigns, performance marketing, and organic growth. This role requires an autonomous person with strong analytical judgment, capable of executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns, while also providing a creative perspective to improve messages, creatives, and results. Responsibilities include executing game launch campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating on ASO and organic growth strategies, preparing reports, coordinating with media and influencers, managing advertising insertions, and monitoring the annual communication plan.

Must Have

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance or user acquisition
  • Experience executing paid campaigns and analyzing conversion funnels
  • Solid handling of Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis
  • Practical knowledge of key metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention
  • Advanced English level
  • Interest in video games

Good to Have

  • Experience in the video game or mobile app industry
  • Knowledge of tracking and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust or others)
  • Experience with ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Data.ai)
  • Ability to work with creatives, agencies or external teams

Your Role

We are looking for a Semi Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team and work together with the Head of Marketing, with a focus on the end-to-end execution of launch campaigns, performance marketing, and organic growth.

This role requires an autonomous person, with strong analytical judgment, capable of executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns, and at the same time providing a creative perspective to improve messages, creatives, and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end launch campaigns for our games, in coordination with the Head of Marketing.
  • Analyze performance and make decisions based on metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and conversion.
  • Actively collaborate on the ASO strategy and organic growth (keywords, copy, creatives, A/B tests).
  • Prepare clear reports of results and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate actions with media, streamers, and influencers, ensuring correct execution and follow-up.
  • Manage and negotiate online (and offline when applicable) advertising insertions.
  • Execute and monitor the annual communication plan, proposing continuous improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance or user acquisition.
