Job Summary

As a regional Trade Marketing Executive for Dior in Travel Retail APAC, you will support the trade marketing department in building brand events, pop-ups, and customer journeys across 6 key markets, with a focus on China. You will operationally execute trade marketing strategies, coordinate with regional and internal stakeholders, manage production of regional tools, and handle Chinese artwork translation. Additionally, you will conduct market research, track competitor activities, and prepare marketing presentations.

Must Have

  • Support trade marketing team in building brand animations, pop-ups, and on-counter events.
  • Coordinate with regional team and internal stakeholders for seamless execution of trade events.
  • Responsible for the production of regional trade marketing tools and liaise with external vendors.
  • Manage artworks with Chinese translation with the support of a translation agency.
  • Upkeep the accuracy of information and update trade marketing files and Go-To-Market booklet.
  • Support the trade marketing executive in managing forecasts for trade marketing and festive launches.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Complete marketing 360 trade animations for key launches for PCD and for the competition.
  • Track competitor events, launches, and activations.
  • Prepare tailor-made marketing presentations for meetings.
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in marketing and project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Prior experience in the Beauty/Luxury products or higher segment consumer goods.

YOUR MISSION

Position Overview:

As a regional Trade Marketing executive for Dior in Travel Retail APAC, that oversees 6 key markets including a focus on China, you will support the trade marketing department in building brand events, pop-ups and building exciting customer journey in the dynamic travel retail industry. You will be supporting the team to execute operationally the trade marketing strategies and activities that align with Dior's overall business objectives and ensure a consistent brand experience. You will report to the Trade Marketing Senior Executive.

Trade Marketing plan execution:

  • Support the trade marketing team and markets in building exciting brand animations, pop-ups and on counter events.
  • Coordinate with regional team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of trade events, maximizing brand exposure and sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for the production of regional trade marketing tools and liaise with external vendors.
  • With a focus on China, manage artworks with Chinese translation with the support of a translation agency.
  • Upkeep the accuracy of information and update trade marketing files and Go-To-Market booklet.
  • Support the trade marketing executive in managing forecasts for trade marketing and festive launches.

Marketing trends and business intelligence:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, leveraging these insights to refine trade marketing.

Reporting and post-event analysis:

  • To complete for key launches a marketing 360 trade animations for PCD and for the competition.
  • To track competitor event, launches and activations.
  • Prepare tailor made marketing presentation for meetings.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have preferably at least 1 to 2 year experience in marketing and project management.
  • Preferably with prior experience in the Beauty/Luxury products or higher segment consumer goods will be advantage
  • Good market knowledge; inquisitive & curious about the market and trends
  • Creative and innovative
  • Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills & communication skills
  • Strong analytical & time management
