  • Design and interpret experiments to reduce risk and accelerate market fit.
  • Translate proposition drivers into clear go-to-market blueprints.
  • Partner with the Marketing Communication Manager for effective marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Product, Innovation, and Commercial teams to shape MVP features and pricing strategies.
  • Drive alignment and advocacy for propositions across the organization.
  • Monitor in-market performance, consumer sentiment, and category dynamics.
  • Evolve proposition and communication levers to improve conversion, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or proposition management.
  • Skills in agile experimentation, rapid validation, and leveraging AI and digital tools.
  • Proven track record of creating and launching propositions with measurable business and brand impact.
  • Strong command of consumer insight, positioning, messaging, and claims development.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Exceptional storytelling, influencing, and leadership skills.

You’ll combine strategic clarity, creativity, and data-driven experimentation to design propositions that consumers love — and bring them to life through powerful marketing and communication.

You are both a strategic architect and a market maker, crafting propositions and GTM plan that move hearts, drive adoption, and create lasting impact.

Your role:

1. Proposition Leadership & Discovery

  • Identify untapped consumer tensions, trends, and opportunity spaces — transforming them into bold, insight-led propositions.
  • Define value propositions, positioning territories, benefit hierarchies, and claims frameworks that inspire product and communication development.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, and operation teams to ensure proposition intent is carried through the full consumer experience.

2. Rapid Validation & Experimentation

  • Lead a culture of learning and speed: use agile, AI-enabled, and digital testing tools to validate desirability, messaging, and creative early.
  • Design and interpret experiments (concept tests, smoke tests, prototype feedback loops) to reduce risk and accelerate market fit.
  • Continuously evolve propositions based on consumer feedback, performance data, and competitive signals.

3. Go-to-Market Strategy & Communication

  • Translate proposition drivers into clear go-to-market blueprints — target segments, channel strategy, creative briefs, and communication strategy.
  • Partner with the Marketing Communication Manager to bring propositions to life through effective marketing campaign.
  • Ensure all downstream marketing and activation remain true to the core consumer promise and strategic intent.

4. Cross-Functional Influence

  • Partner with Product, Innovation, and Commercial teams to shape MVP features, claims feasibility, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive alignment and advocacy for propositions across the organization — from development through to launch and lifecycle growth.

5. Lifecycle Optimization

  • Monitor in-market performance, consumer sentiment, and category dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Evolve proposition and communication levers to improve conversion, loyalty, and advocacy across the customer journey.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or proposition management within consumer goods, beauty, durables, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Your skills include agile experimentation, rapid validation, and leveraging AI and digital tools for faster, smarter learning.
  • Proven track record of creating and launching propositions that deliver measurable business and brand impact, and also proven track record in building impactful marketing campaign
  • Strong command of consumer insight, positioning, messaging, and claims development.
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.)
  • You’re an Exceptional storytelling, influencing, and leadership skills — able to align diverse teams behind a compelling vision

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
