This role involves reviewing, validating, and accurately entering sales order data into the system to ensure precise delivery dates. The analyst will confirm order details with customers, monitor order flow, and adhere to standard procedures for seamless execution from creation to invoicing. Key tasks include generating monthly reports on order receipts and supporting various requests such as product returns, credits, debits, and assessing delivery options to meet customer needs effectively.

Must Have

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews and validates sales order data upon receipt, ensuring all information is accurate and complete to maintain high processing standards.

• Adds necessary data and meticulously enters the order into the computer system, facilitating the accurate determination of delivery dates.

• Promptly confirms order details to customers, providing clear communication regarding expected delivery timelines to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Monitors the flow of sales orders closely, tracking progress and intervening as needed to ensure timely processing and address any potential issues.

• Adheres strictly to standard working procedures, ensuring consistency and precision in sales order processing and maintaining operational efficiency.

• Maintains vigilant oversight of sales orders throughout the entire process, from creation to delivery and invoicing, ensuring seamless execution and fulfillment.

• Generates detailed monthly reports on order receipts, offering valuable insights into order volumes, patterns, and trends to support strategic decision-making.

• Supports various requests in accordance with established protocols, including creating approved product return orders, handling credits and debits, and carefully assessing delivery options and schedules to meet customer needs effectively.

Minimum required Education:

High School Diploma, Vocational Education.

Fluent in English
