The Digital Producer contributes to managing the entire content production cycle, from brief to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration. This role balances creative impact, technical quality, scale, and efficiency, working under general supervision. Responsibilities include verifying creative assets against brand identity and technical specifications, executing production projects for global master assets (photo, video, 3D/animation), and participating in content production for new product introductions and ongoing maintenance. The producer also responds to stakeholder requests, collaborates with external suppliers, and assesses supplier quotes to ensure quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
Must Have

- Verifies creative assets and raw data adhere to brand identity and comply with technical specifications.
- Bachelor's Degree/Vocational Education in Digital Media, Media Technology, Animation, Film, Photo, Design, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Vocational Education in Content Production, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in digital production within a multinational technology company, digital studio, production company and/or digital agency.

Job Description
The Digital Producer is responsible for contributing to handling the entire production cycle, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration to balance creative impact, technical quality, scale, and efficiency, working under general supervision. The role verifies creative assets, ensuring their adherence to brand identity and technical specifications, working under direct supervision.
Your role
- Contributes to the content production cycle from brief to delivery, ensuring smooth operations at all project stages while collaborating with team members to maintain a balance between creative impact, technical quality, scale, and efficiency, working under general supervision.
- Collaborate with senior team members to execute production projects for high-quality global master assets, including photo, video, 3D/animation for online and offline touchpoints (e.g. packaging, POS), and e-commerce content, ensuring alignment with platform specifications and consumer experience standards.
- Participates in the content production of new product introductions (NPI) Mid-Life updates (MLU) and Derivative products, ongoing content (always-on), and maintenance of existing live content, utilizing templates and production techniques to streamline pre-production, production, and post-production workflows under guidance.
- Responds to daily requests from key stakeholders, including marketing communication and platform owners, while collaborating with external suppliers to facilitate continuous improvement in production quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Follow agreed ways of working, quality standards, and patient and consumer safety norms diligently, promptly reporting any potential gaps, risks, or issues to senior team members to strengthen workflows and output effectiveness.
- Assesses supplier quotes and planning by collaborating with Procurement and other stakeholders, contributing to the evaluation process against project needs, market averages, and production best practices to ensure better ROI and project success.
- Verifies the creative assets and raw data adhere to brand identity and comply with technical specifications, naming conventions, and storage/archival techniques, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and production requirements and workflows under supervision.

- Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Digital Media, Media Technology, Animation, Film, Photo, Design, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Vocational Education in Content Production, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) in Healthcare or Consumer Goods Industry or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in digital production within a multinational technology company, digital studio, production company and/or digital agency with a fast-paced production environment, shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
