Job Summary
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to improving patient care through your technical expertise and exemplary service level with doctors, biomedical engineers, and hospital IT teams, for the H&AM (Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring) activity. You will be the IT reference for H&AM internally and externally, intervening on CSCN solutions, performing IT services and their follow-up, and assisting with IT solution installations. You will also ensure technical information transmission to field and support teams, collaborate with sales teams, and assist hotline teams for remote software deployments.
Must Have
- Be the IT reference for H&AM (internal and external)
- Intervene on CSCN (Customer Supplied Clinical Network) solutions and document PNAs (Philips Network Assessment)
- Perform IT services and their follow-up within IT contracts
- Intervene on-site for IT solution installations
- Deploy IT solutions in DROM (French overseas departments and regions) and assist distributors remotely
- Ensure transmission of IT technical information to field and support teams
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Assist Hotline teams with remote software deployments (e.g., OSPatching)
- Higher education in biomedical & IT
- Experience in maintenance of electronic or IT equipment
- Knowledge of IT networks and hospital IT security
- Strong customer orientation, autonomy, and organization
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and team spirit
- Good proficiency in English and French

Job Description
This position gives you the opportunity to participate in the improvement of patient care through your technical expertise and your exemplary level of service to doctors, biomedical engineers and hospital IT teams, for the H&AM (Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring) activity.
Your main missions are
- To be the IT reference for H&AM internally and externally (clients, subcontractors, etc.)
- To intervene on all CSCN (Customer Supplied Clinical Network) solutions with our clients and to produce PNA (Philips Network Assessment) documentation
- To carry out IT services and their follow-up within the framework of IT contracts
- To intervene at client sites during the assembly/installation operations of IT solutions or other, depending on the activity of the different sectors
- To intervene in the DROM (French overseas departments and regions) for IT deployments (CSCN, Guardian, Carevent, etc.) and to remotely assist distributors for any other type of deployment
- To ensure the transmission of IT Technical information to field and support teams
- To collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- To assist Hotline teams with remote software deployments on the installed base (example: OSPatching)
You are part of
A team of experienced technical executives from the Health Systems France division, and report to the Director of Operations France. You interact daily with our clients, our sales and technical teams, your operational focus allowing you to meet the expectations of the various interlocutors (IT Directors and Users). You support our technical teams in their learning of complex IT solutions.
Position ideally based in Paris or Lyon. Many trips throughout the territory (Metropolitan France and DROM) are to be expected.

"Field" positions are mainly exercised outside the company's premises, most often at our clients' or supplier partners' sites
