Systems Analyst - On-site - Rio de Janeiro - RJ

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing BI dashboards from third-party sources, creating a portal for automated report dissemination, and performing full-stack web development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Git. Key tasks include programming and updating control systems, verifying legal and contractual compliance, and ensuring data consistency across various databases, including E3D. The role also involves 3D model configuration, report extraction, macro creation, and supporting project management with analytical panels and process improvements.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 06 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
• Data Analysis;
• Advanced Power BI;
• Advanced Spotfire;
• PYTHON Programming;
• Office Suite;
• Advanced Excel
• Basic Primavera.

EDUCATION

• Education Level: Higher education in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science or other areas related to the specialty.

ATTRIBUTIONS

• Development of BI dashboards from third-party sources;
• Development of the portal for disseminating automated reports;
• WEB development with knowledge of BACKEND and FRONTEND, relational database, JAVASCRIPT, HTML and CSS programming languages, in addition to the use of GIT tools;
• Elaboration, programming and updating of control systems;
• Support in verifying compliance with legal and contractual requirements in the execution of third parties;
• Consistency verification of E3D databases with other sources (csv, xlsx, xml);
• Configuration and Extraction of Reports from the 3D model;
• Configuration of templates and Extraction of Isometrics from the 3D model;
• Configuration of libraries, customizations and Extraction of Drawings in the Draw module of E3D;
• Creation and maintenance of macros and customizations;
• Analysis and simulations in the 3D model;
• Modeling of piping, structures, equipment and civil construction elements;
• Management of catalogs, specifications and other documents;
• Modeling with the inclusion of attributes;
• Generation of partial and integral models for visualization;
• Support in verifying compliance with legal and contractual requirements in the execution of third parties;
• Consistency verification of databases;
• Configuration and Extraction of database Reports;
• Development of reports and analytical panels for the Management;
• Integration of data used in the Project management system for better monitoring and control;
• Implementation of routine and process improvements for the Management, using available software;
• Automation of routines, when applicable;
• Maintenance of updated reports and panels;
• Guidance to involved teams regarding the use of the panels;
• Support for inspection in complying with contractual obligations and legal requirements;
• Support in the preparation of contractual documents and annexes, such as Contract Draft, Descriptive Memorandum, Measurement Criteria, Price Sheet, among others;
• Support in attending to demands generated by ongoing legal actions related to contractual termination, such as data and information collection, contract history, technical expertise, analysis and consolidation of information, among others related.
