Job Summary
This Quality Analyst role involves managing supply and logistics processes, including contract negotiation, cost analysis, and purchase plan development. Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, managing purchase orders, conducting supplier audits, and interfacing between engineering and construction/assembly teams. The analyst will also approve inspection reports, validate material certificates, manage inventory, and support acquisition/disposal processes, utilizing SAP MM for material measurements and payment planning. The role requires factory visits, meeting with contractors, and overseeing complex manufacturing schedules and non-conformity reports.
Must Have
- Act in Supply of Goods and Materials Logistics processes.
- Participate in contract elaboration and negotiation.
- Analyze costs associated with purchases and supplies.
- Support in developing and implementing purchase plans.
- Prepare reports on supply status, including variations and performance indicators.
- Control and monitor stock levels.
- Manage the purchase order process.
- Participate in periodic supplier audits and evaluations.
- Interface between Engineering and C&M for alternative supply solutions.
- Supervise receiving and segregation activities.
- Monitor cargo movement activities.
- Approve material receiving inspection reports.
- Verify and validate material origin certificates.
- Act in stock management.
- Act in the acquisition and disposal of goods and contractual management.
- Act in goods measurements in SAP (MM Module).
- Act in measurements related to goods supplied directly or through contracts.
- Perform accounting stock movement.
- Act in payment programming planning.
- Open technical service requests (SSTs).
- Create and maintain internal controls and support goods supply due diligence.
- Visit factories and conduct meetings with contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor complex goods manufacturing schedules, inspection, and test events.
- Study schedules to mitigate impacts on critical path of works.
- Monitor technical opinions and material purchase processes by contractors.
- Diligence the process of treating Non-Conformity Reports (RNCs) associated with material supply.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 06 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
- Office Suite;
- Work Safety Standards;
- Technical Standards for Pipeline Construction and Assembly.
EDUCATION
- Level of Education: Technical in Pipeline Inspection, Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, Among Other Related or other areas related to the specialty.
ATTRIBUTIONS
- Acting in the processes of Supply of Goods and Materials Logistics;
- Participation in the elaboration and negotiation of supply contracts, ensuring favorable conditions for the company;
- Cost analysis associated with purchases and supplies, contributing to budget optimization;
- Support in the elaboration and implementation of purchase plans, considering demand and available stocks;
- Preparation of reports on the supply situation, including analysis of variations and performance indicators;
- Control and monitoring of stock levels, ensuring that necessary materials are available;
- Management of the purchase order process, from requisition to material delivery;
- Participation in periodic audits and evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with established requirements;
- Interface between Engineering and C&M, in the search for alternative solutions for the supply of goods;
- Supervision of receiving and segregation activities;
- Monitoring of cargo movement activities;
- Approval of material receiving inspection reports;
- Verification and validation of material origin certificates;
- Acting in stock management;
- Acting in the process of acquisition and disposal of goods and in the contractual management process;
