Job Summary

This Auditor role focuses on contracts, requiring a minimum of three years of experience in similar activities. Key responsibilities include analyzing labor and social security documents, advising on contract negotiations, guiding service procurement, and ensuring compliance with legislation. The role involves critical contractual analysis, contract fiscalization, and collaboration with various internal departments and Petrobras fiscalization. Candidates will also prepare contractual documents, manage contract closures, and address legal demands related to contract rescission.

Must Have

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar activities.

  • Knowledge of RLCP.

  • Analyze labor and social security documents.
  • Advise Contract Negotiation Commissions.
  • Guide service contracting per legislation.
  • Address contractual administration questions.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Compliance, Supply, Finance.
  • Perform critical contractual analyses.
  • Act in Contract Fiscalization.
  • Ensure compliance with Petrobras Fiscalization.
  • Prepare contractual documents (Minute, Memorial, Measurement, Price Sheet).
  • Address legal demands for contract rescission.
  • Elaborate contracting documents.
  • Guide and monitor Contractual Closure.
  • Issue document minutes for Petrobras system.
  • Review contractual documents for legal compliance.
  • Verify suppliers for service subcontracting.
  • Prepare documentation for Additives, TEP's, TRD's.
  • Monitor contractor insurance policies.

Job Description

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
  • Law 13.303, Bidding and Contracts Regulation;
  • RLCP;
  • Office Suite.

EDUCATION

  • Level of Education: Higher education in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administration, or other areas related to the specialty.

ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Analysis of labor and social security documents;
  • Advisory to Contract Negotiation, Additive, Claim, and other special commissions linked to the Enterprise;
  • Guidance on service contracting activities in accordance with current legislation and corporate procedures;
  • Acting in response to questions arising from contractual administration in the field of current legislation and corporate procedures;
  • Acting, jointly, in the interfaces of the Enterprise with Legal, Tax, Compliance, Supply, and Finance;
  • Performing critical contractual analyses;
  • Acting in Contract Fiscalization;
  • Acting, together with Petrobras Fiscalization, in fulfilling contractual obligations and legal requirements;
  • Acting in the preparation of contractual documents and annexes, such as: Contract Minute, Descriptive Memorial, Measurement Criteria, Price Sheet, among others;
  • Acting in responding to demands generated by ongoing legal actions related to contractual rescission, such as data and information gathering, contract history, technical expertises, analysis and consolidation of information, among others related;
  • Preparation of contracting documents, based on the standards established in applicable legislation and procedures;
  • Guidance and monitoring of Contractual Closure, including the preparation of contract rescission minutes;
  • Issuance of document minutes for formalizing demands and submitting approval for contracting, in the current Petrobras system;
  • Review of contractual documents and revision, if necessary, according to legal and normative requirements of current standards;
  • Acting with the Enterprise managements in verifying suppliers for service subcontracting;
  • Acting with Petrobras fiscalization in preparing documentation for Additives, TEP’s, and TRD’s;
  • Monitoring the presentation, by Contractors, of insurance policies applied to Contracts.
