Auditor - Focus on Contracts - On-site - Rio de Janeiro - RJ

This Auditor role focuses on contracts, involving analysis of labor and social security documents, advising on contract negotiation, and guiding service contracting according to legislation. Responsibilities include addressing contractual administration queries, performing critical contractual analyses, overseeing contract enforcement, and collaborating with Petrobras supervision on contractual obligations. The role also entails drafting contractual documents, assisting with contract termination, and reviewing documents for legal compliance.

Must Have

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar activities.
• Higher education in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administrator, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Law 13.303, Bidding and Contracts Regulation.
• Knowledge of RLCP.
• Proficiency in Office Suite.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
• Law 13.303, Bidding and Contracts Regulation;
• RLCP;
• Office Suite.

EDUCATION

• Education Level: Higher education in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administrator, or other areas related to the specialty.

ATTRIBUTIONS

• Analysis of labor and social security documents;
• Advisory to Contract Negotiation, Additive, Claims, and other special commissions linked to the Enterprise;
• Guidance on Service Contracting activities according to current legislation and corporate procedures;
• Acting in response to questions arising from contractual administration in the field of current legislation and corporate procedures;
• Acting, jointly, in the interfaces of the Enterprise with Legal, Tax, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance;
• Performing critical contractual analyses;
• Acting in Contract Supervision;
• Acting, together with Petrobras Supervision, in compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements;
• Acting in the preparation of contractual documents and annexes, such as: Contract Draft, Descriptive Memorial, Measurement Criteria, Price Sheet, among others;
• Acting in responding to demands generated by ongoing legal actions related to contractual termination, such as data and information collection, contract history, technical expertise, analysis and consolidation of information, among others related;
• Preparation of contracting documents, based on the standards established in applicable legislation and procedures;
• Guidance and monitoring of Contract Termination, including the preparation of contract termination drafts;
• Issuance of document drafts for formalization of demands and submission of contracting approval, in the current Petrobras system;
• Review of contractual documents and revision, if necessary, according to legal and normative requirements of current standards;
• Acting with the Enterprise managements in verifying suppliers for subcontracting services;
• Acting with Petrobras supervision in the preparation of documentation for Additives, TEP’s and TRD’s;
• Monitoring the presentation, by the Contractors, of insurance policies applied to the Contracts.
