We are seeking candidates with strong Linux administration experience to optimize and enhance our development processes. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and configuring systems to ensure a smooth and efficient technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for quickly diagnosing and resolving problems, analyzing data to improve existing systems, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to boost workplace productivity. Key duties include maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and networks.
Must Have
- Strong Linux administration experience (monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, configuring)
- Optimize and improve development process performance
- Diagnose and resolve problems quickly
- Analyze data to improve existing systems
- Maintain, upgrade, and manage software, hardware, and networks
- Improve/Implement CI/CD tooling
- Install and configure server software
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Deep Linux experience (RHEL, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu)
- Linux experience as a deployment platform and day-to-day development environment
- Experience in automating software deployment
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
- Knowledge of Grafana
- Experience with databases, especially Elasticsearch, MongoDB, MySQL, Couchbase

We are looking for candidates who have strong Linux administration experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and configuring.
Your job will be to optimize and improve the performance and implementation of our development process. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and analyze data to improve existing systems. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users, with the goal of increasing workplace productivity.
Your goal will be to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks, ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities in this position:
- Improve/Implement CI/CD tooling
- Install and configure server software
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies,
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Job requirements
- Deep Linux experience
- Demonstrable experience in at least one of RHEL, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu
- Linux experience as a deployment platform and day-to-day development environment – e.g., can describe package management, networking configuration, log files, environment variables
- Experience in automating software deployment
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker,
- Knowledge of Grafana,
- Experience with databases, especially Elasticsearch, MonogoDB, MySQL, Couchbase
- Nice to have: GCP, Azure, AWS, Terraform
