Senior Data Analyst - Rio de Janeiro - Hybrid

The Senior Data Analyst will perform complex tasks related to structuring, managing, and monitoring action plans, critically analyzing complex problems in digital transformation, proposing solutions, and implementing process improvements. The role involves exploring data using mathematical and statistical models, algorithms, and AI to identify patterns, trends, and build predictive insights. Responsibilities also include developing dynamic online reports using BI tools, VBA, Access, Spotfire, Script, Broadcast, database concepts, advanced Excel, and PI tools, as well as transforming data into visual representations.

Must Have

• Perform complex tasks in data structuring, management, and action plan monitoring.
• Critically analyze complex digital transformation problems and propose solutions.
• Implement improvements in standards and processes.
• Explore data with mathematical, statistical models, algorithms, and AI.
• Identify consistent patterns, temporal sequences, and systematic relationships in data.
• Develop dynamic online reports using BI tools, VBA, Access, Spotfire, Script, Broadcast, database concepts, advanced Excel, and PI tools.
• Transform data analysis into visual representations (charts, diagrams, histograms).
• 7 years of experience in the area.
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime in Rio de Janeiro - RJ.

ACTIVITIES

• Perform highly complex tasks, being responsible for guiding and reviewing the execution of activities and operational tasks related to the structuring, management, and monitoring of action plans, critical analysis of complex problems involving digital transformation, with the proposal of solutions and implementation of improvements in standards and processes.
• Directly assist in exploring data with the application of mathematical models, statistics, algorithms, and artificial intelligence, allowing the identification of consistent patterns of association rules, temporal sequences, systematic relationships between variables, correlation between events, thus allowing new, more refined and structured data subsets, building a prospective vision and trends of events and results.
• Directly responsible for preparing and developing dynamic reports (online in nature), using BI tools, VBA, Access, Spotfire, Script, Broadcast, database concepts, advanced Excel, PI tools.
• Responsible for transforming data analysis into visual representations, such as graphs, diagrams, and histograms, to facilitate data understanding.

EDUCATION

• Undergraduate: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other related areas;
• Post-Graduate: Business Intelligence (BI), Data Science, Big Data, Visual Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or other areas related to the specialty.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 (seven) years of experience in the area;
• Availability to work in a Hybrid Regime - RJ.
