MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
- Office Suite.
EDUCATION
- Level of Education: Higher education in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administrator or other areas related to the specialty.
ATTRIBUTIONS
- Participation in the preparation and review of planning;
- Budget control, report analysis;
- Acting as HR interface between various sectors (attendance system, travel, employee movement, ambiance survey);
- Acting in the organization and planning of training;
- Monitoring, control, and coordination of the enterprise's logistics services;
- Acting in communications in Portuguese and/or English;
- Support for conducting meetings and document control;
- Editing technical documents and managerial correspondence prepared by employees, as well as executing all procedures for their dispatch;
- Planning, execution, monitoring of maintenance and adequacy of the GED Database;
- Creation and administration of an area in GED and an FTP area for migration of generated documentation;
- Generation of necessary information for monitoring and controlling enterprise data in GED;
- Control of entry and exit regarding issued and received documents;
- Classification of information according to current information security standards;
- Participation in the application of internal and external Checklists (LV) related to documentation quality control;
- Control of the processing of administrative documents (Letters, minutes, NDRs, RDOs, etc.);
- Generation of reports from GED and other document control tools;
- Support to Supervision in managing the history of contract information and in actions of receipt, verification, registration, distribution, integrity, traceability, archiving, availability, transfer, custody, and disposal of administrative and contractual documents;
- Evaluation, organization, and conservation of information (physical or electronic) generated by the contract;
- Development of standards and guidance documents related to contractual documentation;
- Interface with corporate areas related to document control and advice on the implementation of corporate guidelines in the enterprise;
- Technical advice on research and search for information on project documents and closed contracts archived externally to the enterprise;
- Technical advice on solutions for controlling and issuing digitally signed technical, contractual, and administrative documents.
