As an e-learning project manager, you are responsible for developing and realizing digital learning solutions for healthcare professionals. You collaborate closely with clients, content experts, and colleagues to develop business cases, set up leading learning concepts, and successfully execute projects. You contribute to innovating the production process and maintaining the high quality of learning materials. The role requires a conceptually strong, results-oriented, and proactive individual.

Must Have

  • Translate market and customer needs into new e-learning concepts
  • Develop innovative multi- and cross-media learning products (microlearnings, interactive modules, MBO exams)
  • Independently prepare project plans and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on deadline
  • Lead projects from idea to delivery on the Moodle learning environment, ensuring efficient and structured working methods
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (publishers, marketing, sales, authors, teachers, suppliers)
  • Lead or participate in internal, cross-departmental projects (e.g., developing online learning environment, efficient e-learning with AI)
  • Analyze user data and feedback for continuous improvement of learning products
  • Actively respond to trends in learning technology and innovations within e-learning
  • Academic working and thinking level, preferably in Educational Science, (Digital) Media, or Training Science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in an educational publishing house
  • Knowledge of learning technologies, LMS systems like Moodle, and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Result-oriented mindset: initiative, persuasiveness, and overview

About the role

As an e-learning project manager, you are responsible for developing and realizing digital learning solutions for healthcare professionals. You do this in close collaboration with clients, content experts, and colleagues. You contribute to developing business cases, setting up leading learning concepts, and successfully executing projects. You contribute to innovating the production process and maintaining the high quality of our learning materials. You are conceptually strong, results-oriented, and proactive.

You will work in our office in Utrecht, according to a hybrid work model, for 32-36 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

  • Translating market and customer needs into new e-learning concepts
  • Developing innovative multi- and cross-media learning products, such as microlearnings, interactive modules, and MBO exams
  • Independently preparing project plans and project budgets. Ensuring that e-learning projects are delivered within budget and on the agreed deadline
  • Leading projects from idea to delivery on our Moodle learning environment and ensuring an efficient and structured working method
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as publishers, marketing, sales, authors, teachers, and suppliers
  • Leading or participating in internal, cross-departmental projects, such as further developing our online learning environment or developing e-learning more efficiently using AI
  • Analyzing user data and feedback to continuously improve learning products
  • Actively responding to trends in learning technology and innovations within e-learning

Your profile

  • Academic working and thinking level, preferably a degree in Educational Science, (Digital) Media, Training Science, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager, preferably within an (educational) publisher
  • Knowledge of learning technologies, LMS systems such as Moodle and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate. Affinity with GenAI
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
  • A results-oriented mindset: you take initiative, have persuasive power, and maintain an overview
