Job Summary

The Administrative Manager/Supervisor (Reserve) will be responsible for establishing and managing administrative systems, including budget, document drafting, and archive management. Key duties involve organizing company meetings, overseeing office environment and safety, and managing external relations and public relations incidents. The role also covers comprehensive logistics support, such as procurement, equipment maintenance, vehicle dispatch, and cafeteria/dormitory management, while ensuring confidentiality. Candidates must have strong communication, logical thinking, and writing skills, with experience in corporate governance (especially state-owned enterprises), 0-1 system building, and factory management in the integrated circuit industry. Honesty, proactivity, and strong learning ability are essential.

Must Have

  • Familiar with corporate governance systems, especially state-owned enterprises

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle conflicts and complex problems
  • Experience in 0-1 system building
  • Factory management experience, especially in the integrated circuit industry

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1) Responsible for the construction of the administrative system and administrative budget.

2) Responsible for drafting important documents and letters; administrative related archive management (including electronic documents) and official document and seal management.

3) Responsible for various company meetings and supervision management, including organizing general manager's office meetings, high-level regular meetings, etc., preparing meeting minutes and tracking the implementation of resolutions.

4) Responsible for office environment and safety management.

5) Responsible for company reception management and formulating relevant plans. Maintain external relationships, lead or coordinate with relevant departments to deal with sudden public relations incidents.

6) Responsible for logistics support management, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, vehicle dispatch, cafeteria management, dormitory arrangements, and other logistics work to ensure employees' work and life needs are met.

7) Responsible for confidentiality.

Requirements

1. Familiar with corporate governance systems, especially state-owned enterprises.

2. Good writing skills and strong logical thinking ability.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle conflicts and complex problems.

4. Experience in 0-1 system building.

5. Factory management experience, especially in the integrated circuit industry.

6. Honest, proactive, and has excellent learning ability (essential).
