Join the Global Command Center team at CME Group as a Senior GCC Analyst, ensuring the seamless execution of our global trading ecosystem. You'll deliver expert, real-time trading support and operational oversight for diverse products, acting as a crucial link between clients and global financial markets. Your expertise will maintain market integrity and provide exceptional, solutions-driven customer service. You will preempt issues, deliver definitive resolutions, champion front-line trading support, analyze market conditions, oversee critical data, drive client investigations, and develop data-driven solutions.
Must Have
- Champion front-line trading support for global clients on market-event inquiries and product specifications.
- Analyze real-time market conditions and order flow, actively seeking out and mitigating unusual or inefficient behavior.
- Oversee critical daily settlement data, product activations, and expirations.
- Drive complex internal and external client investigations, translating intricate technical or market issues into clear, concise solutions.
- Develop and execute ad-hoc data queries and sophisticated analysis, constructing data-driven solutions.
- Engage directly with clients via phone and electronic channels, embodying a passion for immediate problem-solving and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate across global teams, managing incident resolution end-to-end and proactively contributing to our knowledge base.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing support role within financial services, preferably in a trading or technical support function.
- Understanding of Futures and Options markets and trading concepts.
- Extensive experience utilizing leading industry charting and news platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze statistical trends from trading activity, including price movement, volume, and volatility.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
- A strong foundation in technical support, data analysis, or market analysis.
- Ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member in a global operational setting.

What You'll Bring

The pay range for this role is $78,900-$131,500. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
