The Lead Generation Process Designer will be responsible for designing and optimizing lead generation processes across various channels, creating automated workflows and campaigns, implementing marketing automation strategies, analyzing campaign performance data, and staying updated on technological advancements in the field.

Must Have

  • Conceive and optimize lead generation processes across various channels (telesales, email, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
  • Create automated workflows and campaigns for lead management and qualification
  • Implement marketing automation strategies (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies based on observed results
  • Ensure continuous technological watch to integrate best practices and available tools
  • Bac +3/4 in marketing, management or similar field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing automation tools
  • 3 years of experience in lead generation process management, ideally in BPO, SaaS or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), as well as advanced strategies in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing
  • Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (conversion rate, cost per acquisition, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams
