Job Summary

As Teamlead RTM at Concentrix, you will lead a dynamic team, ensuring optimal resource deployment and smooth operational activities to achieve key performance indicators. Must Have

  • Lead the Real-Time Management (RTM) team and develop employees.
  • Ensure correct capacity and real-time deployment of employees to achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor real-time performance and quickly respond to changes in demand or supply.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource deployment.
  • Report results and advise management on improvements or risks.
  • Minimum HBO work and thinking level, preferably a business or operational degree.
  • Experience in a leadership role within Real-Time Management or similar.
  • Knowledge and experience with Workforce Management (WFM) and KPI management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, operational and strategic thinking.
  • Experience with planning software and Microsoft Excel.

Teamlead Real-Time Management

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Teamlead Real-Time Management (RTM) who will play a key role in achieving our operational objectives. What will you do?

As Teamlead RTM, you are responsible for igniting the engine of our real-time processes and optimally deploying resources to achieve operational objectives. You manage a team of Real-Time Managers and ensure that all operational activities run smoothly, from daily planning to adding resources when needed. You work closely with other departments and stakeholders, including Operations, Capacity Management, and your client, to improve performance and ensure the right balance between supply and demand.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Leading the Real-Time Management (RTM) team and developing employees.
  • Ensuring the correct capacity and real-time deployment of employees to achieve KPIs.
  • Monitoring performance in real-time and quickly responding to changes in demand or supply.
  • Developing and implementing processes and tools that increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, from operational to strategic level, to achieve optimal resource deployment.
  • Reporting results and advising management on potential improvements or risks.

Who are you?

You are a born leader with experience in real-time management and Workforce management. You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive work attitude. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:

  • Minimum HBO work and thinking level and preferably a completed education in a business or operational direction.
  • Experience in a leadership role within Real-Time Management or a similar function.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Workforce Management (WFM) and KPI management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly switch in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to think both operationally and strategically.
  • Experience with planning software and Microsoft Excel.
