Job Summary

Gismart is seeking a Product Manager to join their team, focusing on mobile app development. The role involves conducting market and user research, generating and prioritizing product hypotheses, defining requirements for developers and designers, and designing, running, and analyzing product experiments. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and an understanding of product management, web funnels, paid social marketing, and unit economics.

Job Description

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with proven results (we’re also happy to talk to exceptional candidates with less experience)
Strong problem-solving skills — you dig into problems, find root causes, and drive solutions end-to-end
Solid analytical skills — comfortable calculating LTV and explaining the business impact of experiments
Understanding of product management, web funnels, paid social marketing, and unit economics
B2+ English

Would be a plus
