As a Google UA Manager at Gismart, you will be responsible for the full Google acquisition strategy for the Luvly app, from market research to scaling. This involves managing Demand Gen campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and collaborating with product and creative teams to drive user growth for a tech-powered natural face care app.
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience with Google Ads
- Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns
- Professional use of Google Ads Editor
- Experience working with Birch
- Strong analytical mindset and data handling skills

- Experience using AI for operational automation and testing
- A strong understanding of product funnels and analytics

A safe and effective alternative to cosmetic treatments, Luvly helps users sculpt their facial features, reduce wrinkles, and achieve glowing skin naturally. Luvly’s mission is to help people feel beautiful and confident in their skin at any age — without invasive treatments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Google Ads
- Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns
- Professional use of Google Ads Editor
- Experience working with Birch
- A strong analytical mindset and data handling skills are a plus

Responsibilities
- Competitive and market research and insights generation
- Full responsibility for Google acquisition strategy (from research to scaling)
- Audience, funnel, keyword, and creative research
- Setup, optimization, and scaling of demand generation campaigns
- A/B testing: developing hypotheses, analyzing results, identifying learnings, and implementing rollouts
- Building and automating campaign structures and workflows
- Analytical insights reporting (not just numbers — insights → actions)
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams (product and creative)
- Escalating and handling Google support tickets for policy limitations
- Sharing expertise, insights, and knowledge across the team
