Job Summary
Gismart is seeking a Creative Producer to develop and implement creative strategies for mobile application promotion. This role involves working with Product and UA teams, optimizing creatives based on data, conducting competitor research, and creating advertisements for various networks. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with performance goals, understand modern social media trends, and have experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness.
Must Have
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a creative producer in performance marketing
- Data-driven approach
- Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs
- Ability to create and implement performing creative strategies
- Ability to create engaging and informative creative strategy and content that effectively attract users
- Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Independent and willing to drive processes
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote the mobile application
- Work closely with the Product and UA teams
- Optimize creatives based on analytical data and user feedback
- Conduct competitor research to analyze best practices in the market
- Create advertisements for Meta, Google, and other networks
- Organize brainstorming sessions with the team
- Write briefs for UGC, evaluate results, and make reworks to increase the results
- Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas
- Balance creativity with performance goals
- Combine strong ideation skills with structured thinking
- Understand modern trends across social media platforms
