Job Summary
Gismart is seeking an Airtable Manager to provide technical support for an existing Airtable-based internal product used for marketing automation. Responsibilities include fixing bugs, developing new features, maintaining product specifications, assisting stakeholders with product-related questions and setup, processing new requests, and participating in Martech team activities. The role involves designing and developing solutions, often with AI assistance.
Must Have
- Previous experience in IT technical support roles
- Basic understanding of databases and the web
- Solid skills with Google Sheets or Excel
- Development experience in any language

- Experience with Tableau or Power BI, or with databases and SQL
- Basic understanding of UX

Responsibilities
- Provide support for the existing Airtable-based internal product used for marketing automation:
- Fix bugs in existing features
- Develop new features
- Help maintain product specifications in Confluence
- Assist stakeholders in Slack channels. Examples of frequent requests:
- General product-related questions
- Something is not working as expected
- Help with correct first-time setup
- New user guide request
- Discuss high-level requirements for new features
- Process new requests from stakeholders:
- Ask clarifying questions
- Design high-level solutions
- Develop solutions with the help of AI (Claude, GPT)
- Participate in Martech team activities: daily syncs, planning, demos, retrospectives
