Job Summary

Concentrix Greece is seeking a passionate Lead Generation Specialist with fluent German and English skills. This role involves managing high-volume inbound and outbound B2B sales, engaging clients via various channels, identifying decision-makers, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of sales experience, solid knowledge of business development, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, operating in a fast-paced IT sales environment.

Must Have

  • Manage high-volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities
  • Engage regularly with clients across all stages of the sales funnel
  • Engage clients regularly on video meetings, via phone, email and social media outreach
  • Identify and engage with alternative decision-makers or points of contact
  • Actively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and transition them seamlessly to the onboarding team
  • Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
  • Adhere to defined response-time SLAs and follow the required sales cadences
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Solid knowledge of business development and qualification methodologies
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of sales experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortably operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving IT Sales environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities, engaging regularly with clients across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Engaging clients regularly on video meetings, via phone, email and social media outreach.
  • Identify and engage with alternative decision-makers or points of contact, using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead generation methods.
  • Actively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving prospects through each stage of the funnel.
  • Qualify leads and transition them seamlessly to the onboarding team to continue the customer journey and buying process.
  • Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to support sales targets.
  • Adhere to defined response-time SLAs and follow the required sales cadences at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Solid knowledge of business development and qualification methodologies, experience in lead generation would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of sales experience, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortably operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving IT Sales environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
  • Digital advertising knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
