Job Summary
N-iX is seeking a Change Manager for its HR Technology & Transformation team. This role involves owning the end-to-end adoption process from education to release and stabilization, ensuring complex transformations result in smooth, real impact across the company. The manager will design release cycles, deliver training, coordinate stabilization, track process alignment, manage issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable value.
Must Have
- Design and orchestrate each release cycle end-to-end.
- Plan and deliver training sessions for stakeholders before release.
- Plan and coordinate stabilisation activities after release.
- Own and track the checklist of legacy-to-new process alignment.
- Manage the issue list: errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps.
- Collaborate with 20+ stakeholders across functions and locations.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Transformational leader / Change manager / Organizational Development Manager / Release manager / Product management etc).
- Advanced user of AI tools, Google sheets, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Upper-intermediate + level of English.
- Self-starter that demonstrates leadership with or without formal authority.
- Advanced analytical and logical skills.
- Ability to drill down to find root cause of issues.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- High degree of emotional intelligence.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
