Job Summary
The Decoration Project Manager is responsible for the rational allocation of labor on the construction site according to the production plan and construction schedule, scientifically arranging the construction connection of various professional trades, and managing daily work. They ensure the monthly plan for each sub-area is strictly implemented to keep pace with the overall construction progress. The role also involves planning and reviewing team tasks, ensuring timely completion, and arranging overtime if necessary. Additionally, the manager is responsible for conducting safety and civilized construction briefings for the teams.

Job Description
1. According to the production plan and construction schedule, rationally allocate labor on the construction site, scientifically arrange the construction connection of various professional trades, and be responsible for daily work.
2. According to the construction progress plan, conscientiously implement the monthly plan for each sub-area, ensuring that the visual progress is synchronized with the construction progress.
3. According to the characteristics of each work surface, provide detailed plans to the teams, inspect the implementation, and arrange overtime if not completed on time.
4. Do a good job in safety and civilized construction briefings for the teams.
