Project Manager (Technology)

Join our dynamic team at HOLOGATE as a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) in Munich. As we continue to grow and expand our product ecosystem, we are looking for an experienced project manager who can successfully lead and coordinate technical projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and high-quality execution across all project phases.

Must Have

• Full end-to-end management and execution of technical projects
• Ensuring project activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan, timelines, and quality standards
• Managing documentation and maintaining accurate project records
• Monitoring and coordinating project resources to ensure availability and efficiency
• Preparing schedules, timelines, and status reports
• Collaborating closely with internal departments, specialists, and external stakeholders
• Ensuring smooth communication channels and efficient project processes
• Conducting quality control and risk assessments for technical deliverables
• Acting as a central point of contact for all project-related questions and escalations
• Fluent German language skills
• Experience working with project teams, with strong teamwork and leadership abilities
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Solid understanding of IT networks and experience with hardware structures
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Interest in project lifecycle methodologies and structured project delivery
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
• High quality standards, structured and efficient working style

Good to Have

• Experience in escalation management is a strong advantage
