Job Summary
HOLOGATE is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, 18 hours/week) to support its growing Human Resources department. This role offers an opportunity to deepen HR expertise with a flexible work schedule, playing a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting administrative processes and team initiatives within an innovative, fast-growing international technology company.
Must Have
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR databases, and documentation
- Process onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation
- Coordinate internal HR communications, meetings, and scheduling logistics
- Manage incoming HR-related emails and phone inquiries
- Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Support the HR team with record-keeping, data entry, and file management
- Assist with special projects and various administrative tasks within the department
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or training in an administrative profession
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Basic understanding of HR processes, employment documentation, and general HR regulations
