Job Summary

HOLOGATE is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, 18 hours/week) to support its growing Human Resources department. This role offers an opportunity to deepen HR expertise with a flexible work schedule, playing a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting administrative processes and team initiatives within an innovative, fast-growing international technology company.

Must Have

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR databases, and documentation
  • Process onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation
  • Coordinate internal HR communications, meetings, and scheduling logistics
  • Manage incoming HR-related emails and phone inquiries
  • Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Support the HR team with record-keeping, data entry, and file management
  • Assist with special projects and various administrative tasks within the department
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or training in an administrative profession
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, employment documentation, and general HR regulations
