Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate client projects from initial briefing through final delivery. In this role, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget—while maintaining exceptional quality standards and fostering strong client relationships. You will serve as the central communication hub between internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity, transparency, and smooth execution across all phases of the project.

Must Have

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely execution of deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and adjust plans
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and communicate changes in scope, timeline, or budget
• Document project requirements, processes, decisions, and outcomes
• Native German language skills and fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally client-facing
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities

Your Profile

• German language skills at native level, and fluency in English (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
