Job Summary
HOLOGATE is looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager (m/f/d) to lead and organize our technical workshop. In this key role, you will ensure efficient processes, a high level of quality, and optimal resource utilization. You will lead a technical team, coordinate repairs, maintenance, and production processes, and significantly contribute to the smooth operation of our VR and XR systems.
Must Have
- Lead and coordinate the workshop and technically manage the team.
- Organize and monitor repair, maintenance, and assembly work.
- Ensure structured and efficient workflow in the workshop.
- Plan and control material and spare parts management.
- Quality control and documentation of work results and technical processes.
- Responsible for compliance with safety, quality, and production guidelines.
- Analyze technical problems and develop sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as development, production, purchasing, and support.
- Continuously optimize workshop processes and infrastructure.
- Completed technical training (e.g., as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician).
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop, production, or service environment.
- Initial or extensive leadership experience in a technical environment.
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and a high understanding of quality.
- Technical know-how in mechanics, electronics.
- Proficient in common IT applications (MS Office).
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Good German and English language skills.

Your Profile
- Completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop, production or service environment

- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility and a high understanding of quality
- Technical know-how in mechanics, electronics and ideally control technology
- Proficient in common IT applications (MS Office, ERP systems an advantage)
