Must Have

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial or plant technician or comparable technical qualification
• Good knowledge in mechanics, electronics and ideally in control technology
• Experience with technical diagnostic tools and measuring devices
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style
• Good German and English language skills

Your tasks

• Installation, commissioning, and technical support of our VR and XR systems
• Performing maintenance, repair, and service work on electromechanical components
• Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults in hardware and software
• Testing, documentation, and quality assurance of technical processes
• Support in the further development of our technical solutions and systems
• Collaboration with internal teams such as IT, development, and support
• Performing functional tests and preparing devices for shipping and customer operation

Your profile

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial or plant technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• Good knowledge in mechanics, electronics and ideally in control technology
• Experience in handling technical diagnostic tools and measuring devices
