Job Summary
HOLOGATE is seeking a motivated Sales Manager – Entertainment (f/m/d) to expand its client base in the location-based entertainment market globally, including amusement parks and attractions. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and translating innovative XR entertainment solutions into successful sales partnerships. The manager will act as a key commercial driver, understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and representing HOLOGATE at industry events.
Must Have
- Expand and manage the client base within the Entertainment segment in line with defined sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities in the location-based entertainment market and guide them from first contact to contract closure
- Act as the primary sales contact and interface between customers and internal teams
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing Entertainment clients
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored entertainment solutions and offers
- Create and execute customer-specific sales and promotional plans, including performance evaluation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Entertainment industry
- Represent HOLOGATE at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- High level of motivation with a target- and results-driven approach
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Structured, reliable, and thorough working style
- Fluency in German and English
- Initial experience in sales, business development, or key account management
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base within the location-based entertainment market, including amusement parks, attractions, arcades, and entertainment venues worldwide.
You will act as a key commercial driver, building long-term customer relationships and translating innovative XR entertainment solutions into successful sales partnerships.
