Job Summary

HOLOGATE is seeking an experienced and trustworthy HGXR Key Account Manager to strategically develop and support customers in the police and military sectors. This security-relevant role involves being the central contact for government agencies, understanding their complex needs, ensuring seamless project execution, and contributing to the measurable value of immersive training solutions for emergency forces. The manager will expand partnerships and identify new opportunities to drive growth in the HGXR security and defense technology division.

Must Have

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with government, police, and military clients.
  • Act as central contact for security-critical customer projects.
  • Conduct precise needs analysis and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling potentials.
  • Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and live demos.
  • Ensure smooth project implementation with internal teams.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and forecasts.
  • Manage contract negotiations, tender processes, and framework agreements.
  • Represent HOLOGATE at industry events.
  • Native-level German and very good English skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of Key Account Management experience, ideally in government/security/military/defense.
  • Strong understanding of state institution requirements.
  • High reliability, discretion, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical content clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple key accounts.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to travel to security-relevant locations.

Good to Have

  • Experience with XR/VR/AR technologies or simulation-based training systems.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes of police, military, or government organizations.
  • Experience with public tenders and public procurement law.

About the Position

In this security-relevant role, you will be the central contact person for government agencies, emergency organizations, and military institutions. You will understand their complex requirements, ensure smooth project implementations, and contribute to our immersive training solutions providing measurable added value for emergency forces.

By expanding existing partnerships and identifying new potentials, you will make a significant contribution to the growth of our HGXR division in the field of security and defense technology.

Your Tasks

  • Building, maintaining, and strategically developing long-term relationships with authorities, police organizations, and military institutions
  • Central contact person for security-critical customer projects throughout the entire sales and usage cycle
  • Precise needs analysis and development of tailored training and technology solutions
  • Identification of upselling and cross-selling potentials to strengthen partnerships
  • Organization and execution of product presentations, workshops, and live demos — also on security-relevant premises
  • Ensuring smooth project implementation in close cooperation with development, support, and product management
  • Preparation of reports, analyses, and forecasts on customer activities, usage patterns, and development potentials
  • Management of contract negotiations, tender processes, and framework agreements
  • Representation of HOLOGATE at trade events, congresses, and official meetings

Your Profile

  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the government, security, military, or defense environment
  • Strong understanding of the specific requirements and processes of state institutions
  • High reliability, discretion, and professional demeanor in a security-relevant context
  • Ability to communicate complex technical content clearly and appropriately for the audience
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing multiple Key Accounts
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong analytical thinking
  • Willingness to travel for business, partly to security-relevant locations
