Must Have

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customers, examining daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Monitor bets in real-time and collaborate closely with the trading team for swift decision-making
  • Resolve customer inquiries and limits-related issues via email and Zendesk support
  • Escalate outstanding cases and significant trends to senior team members
  • Monitor hourly performance metrics, promptly identifying top performers while upholding quality standards
  • Create comprehensive customer profiles by utilizing both internal and external tools
  • Provide crucial support to sports traders, supplying real-time insights
  • Adaptability to work varied shifts
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2)
  • In-depth understanding of sports betting and comprehensive knowledge of the global sports calendar
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills

What You'll Do

  • Monitor bets in real-time and collaborate closely with the trading team for swift decision-making.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and limits-related issues via email and Zendesk support.
  • Escalate outstanding cases and significant trends to senior team members for further action.
  • Monitor hourly performance metrics, promptly identifying top performers while upholding quality standards.
  • Create comprehensive customer profiles by utilizing both internal and external tools, considering multiple aspects of customer behavior and activity.
  • Provide crucial support to sports traders, supplying real-time insights to enhance their decision-making processes in the dynamic betting and trading landscape.
