We are looking for a trainee for the IT Services Pre-Sales area, responsible for supporting the preparation of commercial proposals, analyzing technical information, documenting processes, and generating supporting materials that contribute to the team’s commercial strategy. This position is perfect for those starting their careers, with a strong motivation to learn and an interest in working in technological and commercial environments.
What you will do:
- Support the preparation of proposals and commercial presentations for clients, translating technical requirements into clear and relevant information.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and IT solutions teams to create documentation, reports, and supporting materials.
- Analyze client and project information to identify opportunities, needs, and trends that strengthen the value proposition of IT services.
- Document internal processes, contribute to improving methodologies, and assist with operational activities within the team.
- Participate in initiatives that strengthen the pre-sales strategy, learning best commercial practices and solution presentation techniques.
What we need to see from you
- Students from technical or technological programs related to IT, such as Technical or Technological Studies in Systems, Software Programming, Networks and Telecommunications, Systems Support, or related fields.
- Basic interest and knowledge in information technologies and IT services, including software, infrastructure, and enterprise solutions.
- Communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to listen, convey ideas clearly, and collaborate with different areas to support pre-sales activities.
- Analytical and organizational skills, capable of managing technical and commercial information, preparing presentations, and creating structured support documentation.
- Motivation to learn and adapt, with curiosity about technology, openness to feedback, and willingness to apply knowledge in practical sales and pre-sales environments.
