Job Summary
SoftwareOne and Crayon are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their global team. This permanent, full-time role in Tolochenaz, Switzerland, involves daily contact with existing customers, developing relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with Business Development Managers, managing customer requests, and driving proactive renewals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service experience, be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills in French and English.
Must Have
- Contact with existing customers on a daily basis
- Develop/maintain exceptional consultive relationships with customers
- Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers
- Work collaboratively with assigned Business Development Managers
- Manage day-to-day customer and partner requests
- Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends
- Achieve quality benchmarks, including minimum number of credit memos
- Drive proactive renewals and overall opportunity management
- Skilled in relationship building
- Skilled in verbal and written communication
- Skilled in problem solving
- Skilled in researching customer and product information
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, and organizing work
- 3+ years professional customer service experience
- Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit
- Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks
- Very good knowledge of French, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

The role
Inside Sales Representative (gn)
contract: permanent | start date: asap | pensum: 100%
- Contact with existing customers on a daily basis and develop/maintain exceptional consultive relationships with them
- Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer and territory
- Work collaboratively with assigned Business Development Managers to develop an overall account plan, which will maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners
- Manage day-to-day customer and partner requests
- Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends through ongoing training with software publishers
- Achieve quality benchmarks, including minimum number of credit memos
- Drive proactive renewals and overall opportunity management
What we need to see from you
- Skilled in relationship building, verbal and written communication, problem solving, researching customer and product information, planning, scheduling, and organizing work
- 3+ years professional customer service experience preferred
- Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit
- Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks
- General understanding of technology solutions prefered but not required
- Very good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken is absolutely essential
