Power Platform Automation Apprentice

This Power Platform Automation Apprentice role is for individuals interested in process automation to develop their tech career. The apprentice will join a cross-functional team, gaining hands-on experience in analytics, BI, and automation. Responsibilities include supporting the engineering team in managing automation solutions, collaborating on standardization and documentation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA tools, performing periodic testing, and participating in monitoring processes to ensure stability and sustainability.

Must Have

• Support engineering team in automation solution management.
• Standardize, organize, and document automation processes using Power Platform and RPA.
• Perform periodic testing of automation flows and applications.
• Support maintenance activities for existing automations.
• Monitor and track health status of automated solutions.
• Currently a professional student in a related engineering field.
• Possess basic knowledge of automation processes and application development.
• Approved by educational institution for internship starting 2026-1.

Power Platform Automation Apprentice

Hybrid | Bogotá – Medellín, Colombia

We are looking for a Power Platform Automation Apprentice to join the automation team and support the continuity, sustainability, and organization of developed solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who are starting their careers in technology, have an interest in process automation, and want to learn by working closely with development engineers.

What you will do:

• Support the engineering team in daily activities related to the management and support of automation solutions, contributing to the proper operation of automated processes.
• Collaborate in the standardization, organization, and documentation of automation processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA tools.
• Perform periodic testing of flows and applications to ensure correct functionality and operational continuity.
• Support maintenance activities, including connection reviews, deployments, and basic adjustments to existing automations.
• Participate in monitoring processes and tracking the health status of automations, contributing to their long-term stability and sustainability.

What we need to see from you

• Professional student in Systems, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
• Must have approval from the educational institution to start the internship or productive stage beginning in the 2026-1 period.
• Basic knowledge of automation processes, process logic, digital tools, and general concepts of application development or support.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to support development engineers in operational and technical activities related to automation.
• Ability to document processes, perform basic testing, follow technical guidelines, and learn best practices to ensure the continuity and sustainability of automated solutions.
