ISG is seeking a Director of Partnerships & Alliances for the Americas region to expand its go-to-market ecosystem strategy. Must Have
- Execute ISG’s existing GTM playbook across diverse ecosystem (service providers, technology companies, consulting partners).
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced growth through co-selling, joint marketing, and coordinated client engagement.
- Enhance and optimize partnership model by identifying new initiatives and opportunities.
- Align daily with ISG’s internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
- Manage executive relationships and represent ISG across industry events.
- Track performance metrics and report results influencing Americas revenue.
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within consulting, technology, or professional services.
- Proven track record executing partner-led GTM programs with measurable revenue outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage and grow relationships across multiple partner types.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive engagement skills.
- Strategic mindset paired with operational discipline.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Director of Partnerships & Alliances (Americas) to help execute and expand our go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem strategy across the region.
This isn’t a “start from scratch” role — we already have a strong foundation and a proven GTM playbook. Your job will be to run it with excellence, strengthen relationships across a diverse set of partners, and elevate what’s already working by introducing new ideas, enhancements, and creative strategic plays.
You’ll work side-by-side with ISG sales leaders, industry teams, and global partners to deliver tangible revenue growth and expand ISG’s influence in the market.
This is a hands-on execution role with strategic visibility and influence. You’ll work within a proven GTM framework but have the freedom to innovate and elevate how ISG collaborates across its ecosystem.
Your leadership will directly impact ISG’s Americas growth — connecting our internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Execute ISG’s existing GTM playbook across our diverse ecosystem — including service providers, technology companies, and consulting partners.

- Track performance metrics and report results that directly influence ISG’s Americas revenue
Required Skillsets
- This is a remote position based in the US
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within consulting, technology, or professional services.
- Proven track record executing partner-led GTM programs with measurable revenue outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage and grow relationships across multiple partner types — not just service providers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive engagement skills.
- Strategic mindset paired with operational discipline — you can both execute and improve.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
