Job Summary
SoftwareOne is seeking a GenAI Engineer in Wuxi, China, to develop and deploy innovative GenAI solutions for enterprise clients. This role involves building LLM-powered chatbots, content generation tools, and workflow automation. The engineer will fine-tune and optimize generative AI models, build and maintain data pipelines, and integrate GenAI applications with enterprise systems. Collaboration with stakeholders and mentoring other engineers are also key aspects of this position, driving business growth through cutting-edge Azure solutions.
Must Have
- Develop and deploy GenAI solutions such as LLM-powered chatbots, content generation tools, and workflow automation for enterprise use cases.
- Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models (open-source and proprietary) to meet performance, accuracy, and cost objectives.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, validation, and inference, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance.
- Integrate GenAI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms for scalability and seamless workflows.
- Conduct research and troubleshoot models, addressing issues like bias, hallucinations, and performance while documenting technical processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor engineers, translating business needs into technical solutions and fostering best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 4+ years in machine learning with strong focus on generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
- Expert in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Hands-on fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs (GPT-4, Llama 2, Mistral) using LoRA/QLoRA techniques.
- Familiar with AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong NLP knowledge, data pipeline development, software engineering best practices, and awareness of AI ethics and compliance.

In this role, you’ll drive growth by championing SoftwareOne’s cutting-edge Solutions & Services in Azure. You’ll take a proactive approach to landing new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and shaping the customer journey across both current and new accounts.
